Chain stitch computerized embroidery machine

This product can realize automatic conversion
between chain and towel embroidery by means of inputting patterns
into disks and under the control of computers,and can carry out twist
embroidery,radiation embroidery and ribbon embroidery by replacing
accessories.
Main Uses:
It can apply embroideries to such articles as tablecloty,napkin,bedcover,
pillowcase ,children's garments,knitcoordinates,badge,carpet ,blouse,hats,leather
clothing and skill ect.
Main Function Characterristics:
LCD:the interface of operation is the combination
of chinese Characters ,
drawing and symbols.
Input and output of disk patterns:built-in soft
disk driver can directly
read-in binary system,ternary ststem and Z ststem,patterns of disks
on Tiandao
format disk and on bailingda FDR format disk into memory ,and output
patterns of memory by the form of binary system to Tiandao format
disk.
Storage Function:internal storage can store and
manage ninety-nine patterns,and the number of storage needle can amount
to 240000.
Speed control: the machine can control the current
principal axis by manually operating keyboard to set the rotary speed
to 250 revolution per
minute,and its highest speed can be adjusted from time to time and
be real-time displayed during the process of embroidery.
Read-time contraction and enlargment,rotary embroidery:the
machine
can mark directions respectively from 50%to 100% horizontally and
vertically with an input of the degree scale from 0c to 89c when embroidering
patterns of memory,
in order to let the patterns rotate by one scale once within the scope
of 360c.
Change of stitch mark:the machine can realize the
convertion between chain
stitch mark and towel stitch mark by only operation keyboard when
it stops on the
half way ,and also modify functional codes of memory patterns by means
of modification function of functional codes to realize the automatic
convertion
between chain embroidery and towel embroidery during the process of
embroidery.
Copy of needle length:the machine can change needle
length in accordance
with memory patterns ,that is,only changing needle length instead
of sizes and
shapes of patterns ,and then the changed pattern can be stored as
a new one.
Edition of patterns :the machine can inpuire about
pattern directiries of
memory and parameter of different patterns,and carry out such operations
as deleting,coping,pasting-up and dividing patterns of memory ect.
Management of disks:the machine can realize such
operations as listing
directories for disk patterns,copying and formatting disk patterns
ect.
Display of errors:when errors or faults happen
to the operation or the machine,there will be an error hint.
Protective function of embroidery frame:when the
embroidery machine stops on the half way or embroidery frame is moved
after the power of it is out,it cannot embroider the original pattern
when it is switched on .If it sets the protective function of embroidery
frame in advance,it can restore the original place of embroidery frame
through protective function of embroidery frame and continue embroidering
the original pattern.
Closedown compensation function:when the embroidery
machine stops,it can
be adjusted from 47.50c to 52.50c in conformance with the characteristics
of
different types of machines.And it can modify closedown offset compensation
parameter from on-off parameter of parameter setting .when offset
becomes big,the
degree scale of closedown also becomes big accordingly. |
